Dr. Svetlana Ralph
Throughout my journey — from fashion design studios and literature classrooms to luxury retail in Dubai and entrepreneurship in Colorado — I have remained committed to professionalism, creativity, and growth. My path reflects a balance of artistry and business management, as well as a willingness to adapt to new challenges while always keeping an eye on detail and quality.
My professional journey began when I started researching an exercise program that aligned with my principles of natural healing and holistic wellness. I was searching for more than just physical fitness — I wanted a method that supported balance, mindful movement, and overall vitality. Pilates offered the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and restorative practice, and it quickly became an essential part of my daily life and personal philosophy.
Rachel Noel
Rachel is a New Orleans native and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 17 years of experience in home health, outpatient orthopedics and pediatric physical therapy. She spent most of her career in home health, helping clients regain strength, mobility and independence. Earlier in her career, she worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic that relied heavily on Balanced Body Pilates equipment, giving her a solid foundation in how Pilates and core strength support recovery and overall movement quality.
Although Pilates had been part of her professional world for years, Rachel's personal love for the practice began five years ago when she took her first reformer class. It quickly became the only workout she truly enjoyed-one that made her feel grounded, aligned and strong. Since then, she has completed 500 hours of formal Pilates training and has accumulated nearly 500 hours of personal practice...deepening both her technical skill and her connection to the work.
A former chef with a genuine passion for helping others, Rachel brings creativity and care to everything she does. She is dedicated to helping people stay strong, safe, mobile and independent as they age, and is excited to share her knowledge as a Pilates instructor.
